IT Recruiter

We are looking for a new member who wants to build broad HR experience and loves working in IT Indsutry and University's Activities.

• Manage full cycle recruiting for junior and internship positions
• Assist and coordinate onboarding programs for new hires
• Organize and coordinate university recruitment events: universities job fairs, career days, company visits, seminars, thesis defending, interacting with students and promoting our employer brand
• Build and maintain good relationships with universities and other educational institutions
• Work with universities, vendors and internal team to run events including logistics and maintain strong relationships with them
• Create and execute oncampus branding and marketing for promoting EB Campus
• Other HR support tasks are assigned.

• Junior is Preferred. Fresh Graduate is welcomed to apply
• IT Recruiment or have knowledge in IT Industry is a plus
• Experience in joining university's activities is a plus
• Familiarity with social media sourcing (Facebook/Linkedin/Tiktok...)
• Good networking abilities
• Ccontent creating & design skills
• Be able to use Adobe Illustrator & Adobe Photoshop / Canva is a plus
• BSc degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Marketing or relevant field
