Our client is a leading company with a focus on financial services, who is looking for a talent to join their firm:

Compute insurance premiums; contribute to formulating rules for insurance and reinsurance products; assess differences between assumed and actual premium rates; calculate insurance business provisions in compliance with legal regulations.
Evaluate the companys payment capacity and report to the Ministry of Finance as required by law. Promptly inform the CEO of any adverse financial issues and assess reinsurance programs for CEO and Board of Directors approval.
Coordinate with the risk management department to assess, measure, and report on overall risk management. Review and adjust illustrated interest rates in sales materials and insurance product introductions as needed.
Participate in separating owners equity and insurance premiums, providing written reports on business results, including details on owners equity, premium sources, surplus distribution, and proposed profitsharing.
Ensure legal compliance in separating owners equity and insurance premiums, and evaluate claims and benefit payments for insurance and reinsurance entities, including foreign branches in Vietnam.
Regularly report to the Board of Directors and CEO on the companys financial status, forecasts, and investment activities, suggesting investment assets and durations. Submit an annual report to the Ministry of Finance within 90 days of the financial yearend on responsibilities as per regulations.
Perform other tasks to ensure financial safety for the company and branches.
