  • Analysis and evaluation of investment projects:
  • Manage and instruct the implementation of investment procedures for legal projects in the stage of investment preparation for projects in accordance with the Law on Investment and Specialized Law
  • Manage and instruct the implementation to coordinate with the consultant agency and the specialized departments of Deep C, relevant agencies to prepare documents, perform legal procedures to implement investment projects.
  • General management tasks_
  • Planning and monitoring progress of all legal procedures in the Project implementation process and the Project operation and exploitation process (reviewing on the basis of the approved Legal Framework); thereby promoting and proposing solutions to solve problems.
  • Work with state management agencies to solve problems arising in the process of implementing project legal procedures
  • Advising, consulting, proposing solutions to Line managers about problems arising during the implementation process.
  • Directly manage works and perform tasks and powers within assigned or authorized scope.
