  • Collaborate with the design & technical team to develop Engineering and Technical
solutions for customers in the Pool & Spa industry.

  • Assist the Business Development Director in networking with customers and coordinating
project activities.

  • Design and crosscheck equipment solutions, proposals, technical drawings, and project
schedules to ensure accuracy and feasibility.

  • Coordinate the preparation of tender/bidding documents in alignment with project
requirements.

  • Support in reviewing and ensuring the legality of projectrelated paperwork, such as
scopes of work and bill of quantities for contracts.

  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports to track
progress and ensure project success.

  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor and the Board of Management
to support company objectives

Yêu cầu công việc:

Knowledge & Working experiences

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Technology or related
field.

  • Minimum of 2 years of working experience in the Pool & Spa industry, with a proven
track record of successful project management.

  • Completion of training courses in Project Management, particularly focused on MEP
projects.

  • Preferably, experience and a thorough understanding of the Pool & Spa industry.
  • Knowledge of construction processes, electrical systems, and MEP engineering principles.
  • Having a good relationship with the operators is preferred.
Foreign Language & Computer Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite for document creation and management.
  • Fluent in English communication skills (both written and spoken).
  • Proficient in AutoCAD for technical drawing and design tasks.
Working skills

  • Ability to work independently and take initiative to contribute effectively to team goals.
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Problem sensitivity and problemsolving skills to address challenges and propose effective solutions.

teams and stakeholders.
