Melive Network là đối tác chính thức của Tiktok Shop tại Việt Nam, là mạng lưới các nhà sáng tạo nội dung livestream thương mại (livestream commerce) trên TikTok.
Melive Network hỗ trợ các nhà sáng tạo và nhà bán hàng thiết lập, tối ưu và phát triển các hoạt động livestream thương mại trên Tiktok, đặc biệt là Tiktok Shop.
Giới thiệu về Metub: METUB Network là công ty phát hành nội dung số và mạng lưới đa kênh YouTube (YouTube Multi-channel Network, viết tắt là YouTube MCN) hàng đầu tại Việt Nam, hỗ trợ quảng bá, phát hành, kinh doanh và sản xuất video cho các đơn vị và cá nhân sản xuất nội dung trực tuyến. Hiện nay, mạng lưới của METUB Network có hơn 2500 nhà sáng tạo nội dung, tạo ra hơn 7 tỷ lượt xem hàng tháng.
Mục tiêu công việc
Tìm kiếm, thuyết phục Creator phù hợp tham gia mạng lưới Tik Tok Shop MCN Melive, hỗ trợ, tư vấn Creator triển khai các chương trình livestream giúp đạt hiệu quả về lượt xem, doanh số theo mục tiêu.

Bạn sẽ làm gì?
1. Lên kế hoạch tiếp cận, tìm kiếm, thuyết phục Creator phù hợp tham gia dự án.
2. Chịu trách nhiệm mở rộng mạng lưới Creator trong network.
3. Quản lý & hỗ trợ, kết hợp các nguồn lực giúp Creator phát triển kênh, mở rộng tiếp cận và gia tăng thu nhập từ hoạt động Livestream commerce.
4. Đại diện dự án tham gia các hoạt động đối ngoại, phát triển cộng đồng Creator theo sự phân công của BLD.
5. Cùng trưởng dự án tham gia xây dựng cơ chế thưởng, chương trình thu hút và nâng cao hiệu quả hoạt động của nhóm Creator Network
6. Xây dựng và thực hiện các chương trình phát triển cộng đồng (offline, online)
7. Hỗ trợ xử lý mọi thắc mắc liên quan của Creator để cải thiện trải nghiệm trong quá trình hợp tác.

**Yêu cầu ứng viên**:
Kinh nghiệm và chuyên môn cần có
- Khả năng giao tiếp, xử lý tình huống
- Có >= 2 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương: BD (Business Development), PE, PM.
- Có kinh nghiệm làm việc với Creator/KOL hoặc sản xuất nội dung Tiktok là một lợi thế.
- Có kinh nghiệm trong ngành marketing, truyền thông sáng tạo
- Có khả năng làm việc nhóm, lập kế hoạch, báo cáo và trình bày ý tưởng một cách rõ ràng
