RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and supervise the production activities of the production workshop focusing on Quality and efficiency target achievement
  • Schedule workshop activity on daily bases
  • Operating and balancing the production staff in the factory.
  • Urging, inspecting, and supervising the factory's teams/departments/workers to strictly comply with the technological process, production process, quality, and production schedule.
  • Assign, supervise, urge, and guide workers to well comply with labor regulations, especially occupational safety and hygiene.
  • Conduct professional training and guidance for new employees. Manage and evaluate employee performance. Motivate, encourage, and support workers in order to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Manage, assign, and arrange work tasks for employees in the workshop.
