Homebase is seeking an ambitious and skilled Full-stack Technical Lead to join our Company.

You will take on a leadership role, with the autonomy and decision-making authority akin to that of a CEO for one of our product lines and take Homebase's engineering capabilities to new heights.


  • Lead a team of talented engineers by providing technical direction, mentorship, and guidance throughout the entire software development lifecycle;
  • Set up and manage AWS infrastructure and ensure optimal performance, scalability, and security;
  • Oversee the implementation and customization of CMS platforms;
  • Serve as a Scrum master to facilitate effective sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily standups, and retrospectives;
  • Possess a startup mindset, high ownership, and continuously identify opportunities for growth;
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, define technical solutions, and deliver highquality software products;
  • Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.

Our Requirements:

  • Based in HCMC;
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field from a toptier university;
  • 4+ years of relevant experience as a Fullstack Engineer or similar role;
  • Proficient in both frontend and backend technologies, especially ReactJS and NodeJS;
  • Proven experience as a team lead or technical lead, with demonstrated ability to mentor and guide junior engineers and resolve technical challenges;
  • Proven experience setting up and managing AWS infrastructure, CMS platforms, website(s) endtoend;
  • Proven experience as a Scrum master or leading Agile/Scrum teams;
  • Fluent in English and at least average proficiency in Vietnamese to effectively collaborate with local team members;
  • Strong passion for the startup ecosystem, with an entrepreneurial spirit and an aspiring founder's mentality embodying the YC principles;
  • Comfortable working in a fastpaced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities and constantly seeking to iterate, learn, and pivot.
