Responsibilities:

  • In charge of campaign design, plan & execute targeted initiatives to drive Massive creator growth via both Livestream and Short video (uplift in GMV and levelup of mass creators)
  • Design communication plan/training for mass creators, ensuring campaign awareness and participation rate
  • Be responsible for campaign TIMELINE/BUDGET/RESOURCES, set up campaign input and output goals; track and analyze commercial metrics and always seek for ways to improve.
  • Create innovative and scalable marketing campaigns from idealization to execution, including Livestream event marketing, content marketing and inapp/outapp social plan.
  • Work closely with all business clusters: Marketing team, User Growth team etc. to deliver highimpact campaigns.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree with good written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • 2+ years experience in creator management or MCN related/digital marketing, 1+ years ecommerce background is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong project management ability & Ecommerce business sense.
  • Data driven
- capability for data analytics, able to deep dive creator performance and provide insights for optimization.

  • Good communication, able to manage multiple parallelpath projects, resultsoriented, selfmotivated and entrepreneurial, always open to new ideas.
  • Openminded and cooperative enough to work in a global context and lead crossfunctional projects as a horizontal role.
  • Ability to use hard data and metrics from disparate data sources to measure campaign performance and identify opportunities matched with business goals.
