Nhiệm vụ chính:

- Quản trị cấu hình các thiết bị mạng như router, switch, load balancer.
- Quản trị, giám sát hoạt độngcủa hệ thống network bao gồm : LAN, WAN và Network DC/DR, GCP Cloud.
- Tham gia xử lý sự cố liên quan đến network.
- Hỗ trợ phát triển network theo yêu của ngân hàng.
- Xây dựng tài liệu hệ thống Network.
- Quản lý các tài sản liên quan đến Network.
- Tham gia xây dựng các chính sách, qui trình và hệ thống liên quan đến hoạt động của phòng/ bộ phận nhằm đảm bảo hiệu quả, kịp thời, minh bạch và thống nhất.
- Đề xuất các ý tưởng nhằm cải tiến chất lượng dịch vụ trong lĩnh vực chuyên môn.
- Thực hiện các công việc khác do cán bộ quản lý giao.
- Làm việc theo sự phân công và giao nhiệm vụ của Lãnh đạo Khối và lãnh đạo Ngân hàng

Công việc hàng ngày:

- Giám sát đảm bảo hệ thống network hoạt động liên tục 24
- 7.
- Tham giả xử lý, khắc phục sự cố liên quan đến network.
- Xây dựng báo cáo về network định kỳ.
- Tham gia triển khai các công việc liên quan đến hạ tầng mạng.
- Thực hiện các yêu cầu thay đối với network.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
Trình độ chuyên môn:

- Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Công nghệ thông tin hoặc điện tử viễn thông.
- Sử dụng thành thạo các giao thức switching, routing.
- Đã hoàn thành các lớp học chứng chỉ quốc tế như CCNA,MCSA.
- Có chứng chỉ về mạng như CCNA, CCNP hay chứng chỉ về Cloud như AWS, GCP, Azure là một lợi thế.

Yêu cầu năng lực:

- Có kinh nghiệm vận hành, triển khai network.
- Đọc hiểu tốt tài liệu tiếng Anh chuyên ngành.

Kỹ năng:

- Kỹ năng phân tích và giải quyết vấn đề tốt.
- Kỹ năng lập kế hoạch
- Kỹ năng làm việc độc lập, làm việc theo nhóm.
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt.
- Kỹ năng xử lý sự cố.
- Có khả năng thu thập, phân tích, đánh giá, tổng hợp thông tin, viết báo cáo.
- Có khả năng sử dụng thành thạo tin học văn phòng.
- Ý thức kỷ luật tốt. Trung thực, thận trọng, khách quan trong thực hiện công việc.
- Tuân thủ quy tắc đạo đức nghề nghiệp
