JOB DESCRIPTION

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Gather and analyze relevant information, local insights, customer behaviors and industry trends to provide valuable market intelligence and strategic recommendations to clients.
  • Stay updated on the latest market developments, regulations, competitive advantages and direct competitor to guide decisionmaking processes.
  • Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data to support strategic decisionmaking, qualifying data for accuracy and relevance.
  • Crosscheck information to ensure data integrity and reliability and link the research with customer needs to deliver solutions of exceptional quality.
  • Identify and address challenges related to market entry barriers in different countries.

Project Management and Consultancy:

  • Collaborate with clients to comprehend their market entry objectives, identify pain points, understand customer outcomes, and develop tailored strategies to successfully achieve their goals.
  • Crossverify with other departments/business units to collect information and coordinate the provision of services to meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate with the business development department to develop quotations including adjustments and redefinition of service scope when needed.
  • Provide expert guidance and consultancy to clients, offering insights and recommendations based on indepth market knowledge and analysis.

Resource Management:

  • Implement a structured learning approach within the team, including regular recaps, learning outcomes, and knowledge sharing sessions.
  • Recommend and provide necessary tools to enhance team productivity, ensuring that the team has access to the latest and most effective resources.
  • Encourage the adoption of best practices within the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Relationship Management (Subcontractors/Prospect):

  • Proactively engage with partners to explore collaboration opportunities and strengthen mutually beneficial ties.
  • Network and establish connections with partners, associations, and key contacts in highlighted sectors in targeting countries.
  • Identify and pursue potential prospects, understanding their business requirements and presenting our solutions effectively.

Report Design:

  • Design visually compelling and insightful reports that effectively communicate complex data and insights.
  • Interpret data, formulate reports, and make recommendations.
  • Ensure reports are aligned with the overall business strategy and provide valuable insights for decisionmaking.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in B2B Sales/Marketing.
- "Can do" spirit is a must.

  • Strong in problemsolving & analytical skill.
  • Good in interpersonal & communication skill.
  • High level of autonomy and organizational skill.
  • Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
  • Honest, proactive, social, creative.
  • Able to travel for business trip.
