 BGSVhas started its operations from 19th October, 2010 at E-Town2 in HCMC. This engineering development center will be engaged in developing embedded systems and software, mechanical design and simulation, and will provide IT (SAP Consulting, JAVA Development.) and Business Services (Finance and accounting, Economics, Purchasing, Logistics, Translations Japanese-English-Japanese, Information Security ) solutions to the Bosch group of companies globally._

Support Front Office administrative tasks_**- Welcome visitors in a polite and professional manner while ensuring the company security policy on visitor handling

  • Handle calls to the company in a professional manner
  • Handle mails, couriers, etc. and deliver accordingly
  • Manage meeting room booking
  • Manage company taxi cards and parking services
  • Manage stationery for the office
  • Check and verify bills, expenses; make payment request to the suppliers
  • Support internal staffsales and other events of the company.

Qualifications

  • Qualifications
  • 3rd or 4th student who could join fulltime internship
  • Good ability of English communication
  • Strong customer focus
  • Capable of MS office software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Provide the recommendation/introduction letter from the universities or professors when onboarding
