Cloud Infrastructure Management:
Manage and optimize our cloud infrastructure to achieve scalability, cost
- efficiency, and fault tolerance.

System Design and Architecture:

Collaborate with the development team to design, implement, and improve the system architecture, ensuring it meets performance and scalability requirements.


Deployment Automation with Kubernetes:
Implement and maintain automated deployment pipelines using Kubernetes, reducing deployment time and minimizing errors.

Monitoring and Performance Optimization:
Set up monitoring and alerting systems, proactively identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks.

Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) with Kubernetes: Contribute to the adoption of CI/CD practices within the organization, focusing on Kubernetes
- based deployment strategies and automated testing.

Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Work with IaC tools to manage and provision cloud resources efficiently and consistently.

Collaboration and Mentoring:
Collaborate with cross
- functional teams to foster a collaborative DevOps culture. Support and mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and expertise.

Coding Experience:
Proficiency in coding tools (Python, Shell s to support automation and integration efforts within the DevOps environment.

Cloud Expertise:
Extensive hands

- on experience with major cloud providers (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), including provisioning and managing cloud resources, and optimizing cloud
- based solutions.

Kubernetes Proficiency:

System Design Experience:
Proven track record of designing scalable, resilient, and high
- performance systems that meet business requirements.

Automation Skills:

Strong expertise in automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Ansible, Terraform, Chef, Puppet) to streamline deployment and infrastructure management processes.


Monitoring and Alerting:

Proficiency in implementing monitoring and alerting solutions (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus, ELK stack) to ensure optimal system performance and availability.


Security Mindset:
In

- depth understanding of security best practices, identity management, and network security to maintain a secure infrastructure.

CI/CD Knowledge:
