  • Site: Bel Vietnam
  • Location: Head office in Ho Chi Minh City
  • Scope: Vietnam
  • Reporting to: National RTM & Sales Capability Manager
JOB SCOPE & CORE DELIVERABLES

Responsible in collecting data and generate the reports and the business analysis for sales management.

Responsible for analysis report of sales team per region

Responsible for sales program of sales team

Responsible for supporting sales admin activities among sales team

PERIMETERS OF THE JOB
Number of reports (direct & indirect): 0

RESPONSIBILITIES - WHAT DOES SUCCESS LOOK LIKE?

Travel Budget Control (25%):

Hotel & Air Ticket:
a. Assist the sales team in booking air tickets for business travel.

b. Research and compare various flight options to find the most cost-effective and convenient itineraries to ensure adherence to the company's travel policy and budget guidelines

c. Review and process documentation related to travel expenses incurred by the sales team.

d. Verify expense reports submitted by salesteam for accuracy and adherence to company policies.

Sales Tool Conduct (20%):
a. Provide support in managing and distributing PDAs, Salestools to the sales team.

b. Maintain an inventory of PDAs, tracking their assignment to individual sales representatives.

c. Coordinate with suppliers or vendors to ensure an adequate supply of uniforms.

  • Sales Development & Training support (25%)
a. Support to deploy online training and classroom training to sales team (following ACE)

b.

Support deploy, tracking and facilitate for sales development program:
Sales Pipeline Leader Program; Sales Meeting & Event

  • Reporting and System (10%)
a. Build form for Data Consolidation monthly

b. Collect & analysis report

  • Weekly Pattern Plan (Sales Forecast Plan) (20%)
a. Prepare weekly template based on monthly SHP/ LCS target/ Market stock

b. Collect Data from RSM/ MTM

c. Revise based on the stock control objectives

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Requirements:

  • 2 years' experience with Sales administration, customer service company
  • Office skills: Very good in Excel, Power point, Word, Outlook
  • Experience with sales & management software
  • Sales administration skills with customer & sales data management
  • Good skills in both writing and oral communication and good in ENGLISH
