**Job description**:
TMT là công ty tiên phong **cung cấp giải pháp công nghệ SaaS** tại Việt Nam. Với sự tin tưởng của hơn 5.000 khách hàng, TMT dẫn đầu trong việc ứng dụng công nghệ vào các **lĩnh vực SME** thông qua các sản phẩm phần mềm như**:TPOS, TDental, ** nhằm giúp khách hàng quản lý và tối ưu hóa hoạt động kinh doanh. Đội ngũ kỹ sư giàu kinh nghiệm tại TMT luôn cải tiến sản phẩm bằng cách nghiên cứu và áp dụng các công nghệ mới nhất với mong muốn mang đến những giải pháp có giá trị thực sự cho khách hàng.

Hiện tại TMT đang tìm kiếm **03 vị trí Chuyên viên phân tích nghiệp vụ **có kinh nghiệm vững vàng trực tiếp tham gia vào các dự án phát triển phần mềm cùng với đội ngũ phát triển sản phẩm của TMT.
- Chịu trách nhiệm trong việc xác định yêu cầu của sản phẩm từ các bên liên quan (khách hàng/công ty)
- Tổng hợp và thực hiện phân tích các yêu cầu, viết tài liệu đặc tả cho đội ngũ phát triển sản phẩm thực hiện
- Chịu trách nhiệm giải quyết các mâu thuẫn phát sinh trong quá trình phát triển sảnphẩm của các bên tham gia
- Đưa ra các giải pháp cải tiến cho các tính năng/sản phẩm có sẵn để giúp sản phẩm tốiưu hơn, đáp ứng nhu cầu khách hàng cao hơn
- Đảm bảo sản phẩm đi đúng với yêu cầu, mục tiêu và thời gian đề ra của công ty/khách hàng
- Chịu trách nhiệm về các tính năng sản phẩm với khách hàng sau bán
- Tham gia xây dựng và gắn kết các team trong quá trình phát triển sản phẩm hướng đến mục tiêu của công ty
- Tổ chức chia sẻ kiến thức, kinh nghiệm hay cho team BA hoặc team dự án nói chung.

**Your skills and experience**:
**_ 1. Kiến thức chuyên ngành_**
- Tốt nghiệp đại học các chuyên ngành có liên quan đến kỹ thuật hệ thống, CNTT, kinh tế.
- Có kinh nghiệm tối thiểu 4 năm đảm nhiệm vị trí BA
- Sử dụng thành thạo các công cụ mockup, tool trong công việc: , Figma, Azure DevOps, Axure
- Am hiểu các mô hình quy trình: BPMN, UML, Flowchart, WBS.
- Hiểu rõ về mô hình Agile (SCRUM)
- Có nền tảng kiến thức về công nghệ thông tin và phát triển phần mềm
- Có kiến thức cơ bản về kiến trúc dữ liệu của hệ thống và SQL
- Có kiến thức UX (Hiểu được những phương pháp, cách tiếp cận hướng UX trong dự án và có thể đứng ở vai trò người dùng để trải nghiệm sản phẩm).

**_ 2. Kỹ năng cần có_**
- Có tinh thần trách nhiệm cao với công việc, thái độ làm việc tích cực.
- Có tư duy phân tích hệ thống, tư duy logic
- Có khả năng thuyết trình (trình bày rõ ràng, mạch lạc)
- Có khả năng trong giao tiếp và kết nối các nhóm
- Có khả năng lập luận, phản biện, đàm phán và giải quyết vấn đề
- Có kinh nghiệm quản lý và đào tạo đội nhóm
- Có khả năng đọc - hiểu tiếng Anh để phục vụ cho việc nghiên cứu tài liệu.

- Có kinh nghiệm ít nhất 2 năm phân tích qua các phần mềm Retail và hệ thống CRM
- Hiểu được hoặc đã từng làm qua các mô hình sản phẩm SaaS
- Có kiến thức về kiến trúc microservice: distributed transaction, saga pattern, message queue
- Có khả năng quản lý dự án.
