About the function
At GFG, Technology is core to long-term success and is a crucial enabler of a great Customer Experience.

We are a mix of experts in fashion, logistics, data analytics, marketing, and design, guided by business consultants and tech geniuses - everyone contributes to the success of GFG.

In this role as
DevOps Engineer/Site Reliability Engineer you will work on our cutting edge infrastructure.

You will be exposed to a polyglot architecture, modern development workflows and a forward-thinking, intelligent team dedicated to solving the big-picture problems in e-commerce.


ABOUT THE ROLE


You will be a part of a lean team, working alongside our software engineers and product managers to build a reliable and highly scalable infrastructure.

We have built most of our systems on open source technology.

Our stack features with multiple AWS EKS cluster, AWS OpenSearch, multiple type of Ingress Kong, ALB Ingress, Nginx Ingress, RDS Aurora, Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, Dynamic Scaling Strategy from Horizontal Pods AutoScale, Vertical Pods AutoScale, Cluster Autoscale to KEDA and more all in production.

We believe in choosing the best tool for the job, and part of your responsibility will be to identify the tools to help us grow at GFG.


What you will do:

  • Build and maintain a monitoring framework to provide metrics and availability
  • Implement and manage resource utilization, billing and make suggestions for optimization
  • Analyze performance bottleneck based on monitoring data
  • Implement and manage security and compliance policies
  • Work together with internal audit teams to provide data needed for audits
  • Manage all AWS resources with Terraform
  • Implement, maintain and test backup/restore procedures

  • AWS Technologies: Lambda, DynamoDB, Kinesis, SQS, RDS, AutoScale, VPC Private Link, SNS, RedShift
  • CI/CD: Jenkins, AWS CodeBuild, ArgoCD, Github Actions

Yêu Cầu Công Việc:

  • 23 years experience as a Cloud Operations Engineer or a comparable role
  • Hands on experience with AWS
  • Proficient in English as you will be working in an international team
  • Experience with configuration management
  • Knowledge of PHP, Python or Golang is an advantage
  • Commitment to automate processes
