**Mô Tả Công Việc**:

- Estimate, lên schedule, đảm bảo năng suất, chất lượng của team QAE trong dự án
- Chịu trách nhiệm trong việc quản lý tiến độ, chất lượng kiểm thử tự động, điều chỉnh nguồn lực QAE trong dự án
- Tổng hợp report và trao đổi với các bên (khách hàng, kỹ sư cầu nối )
- Xây dựng/chạy/report kịch bản kiểm thử tự động một cách độc lập. Có thể sử dụng nhiều tool/framework để kiểm thử tự động cho Web/ Mobile/ Desktop Applications (Windows, Mac): Serenity BDD - Cucumber, Screenplay, Playwright, Ranorex, Appium
- Sử dụng ngôn ngữ Java, , Javascript, Python.
- Tổ chức training, đào tạo các thành viên
- Tham gia tuyển dụng các vị trí cần thiết cho bộ phận
- Tham gia các công việc liên quan đến cải tiến năng suất chất lượng, quy trình kiểm thử, đánh giá nhân viên
- Tham gia xây dựng framework/tool automation, triển khai automation test với CI/CD (Jenkins)

**Yêu cầu**:

- Có ít nhất 5 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực automation test
- Có ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm quản lý dự án test
- Có kinh nghiệm sử dụng các tool/framework: Serenity BDD - Cucumber, Screenplay, Playwright, Ranorex, Appium
- Có kinh nghiệm lập trình: Java, , Python, Javascript,
- Có kinh nghiệm quản lý mã nguồn với GIT
- Có kinh nghiệm CI/CD với Jenkins hoặc tương tự
- Có hiểu biết về SQL (MySQL, SQL Server,..)
- Có hiểu biết về performance test hoặc security test
- Có hiểu biết về quy trình test, chiến lược và kỹ thuật test phần mềm, tạo tài liệu test tốt
- Đọc hiểu các tài liệu yêu cầu nghiệp vụ, đặc tả hệ thống, các tài liệu dự án liên quan
- Cẩn thận, tỉ mỉ, cần cù, nhanh nhẹn, có khả năng làm việc độc lập hoặc nhóm với cường độ cao.

**Quyền Lợi và Thu Nhập**:

- Mức lương khởi điểm hấp dẫn, cạnh tranh, tương xứng với khả năng và kinh nghiệm làm việc.
- Thưởng mềm ít nhất 2 lần/năm
- Xét tăng lương 2 lần/năm theo năng lực và hiệu quả công việc
- Được hưởng BHXH, BHYT, BHTN theo chế độ nhà nước ban hành
- Bảo hiểm Sức khỏe dành cho CBNV
- Khám sức khỏe định kỳ 1 năm/1 lần
- Trợ cấp thai sản dành cho CBNV nữ
- Ngày phép: ~14 ngày/năm
- Trợ cấp tiếng Nhật và các chứng chỉ IT liên quan (hình thức: khen thưởng, tăng lương )

- Được tham gia các lớp học Tiếng Nhật miễn phí vào giờ HC tại công ty với đội ngũ giảng viên dày dặn kinh nghiệm đến từ Nhật Bản (từ trình độ Basic đến N2)
- Cơ hội làm việc và đào tạo tại Nhật Bản với các ứng viên có tiếng nhật
