**Mô tả**:

- Trưởng phòng QA - Là người đại diện cho Hệ thống quản lý chất lượng dựa trên ISO9001/Tài liệu nhóm và quản lý các khiếu nại, quản lý thay đổi quy trình, các vấn đề về chất lượng và điều hành Hệ thống quản lý hệ thống chất lượng một cách hiệu quả và hiệu quả
- Quản lý các giải pháp về vấn đề chất lượng của khách hàng, sản phẩm và nhà cung cấp, chịu trách nhiệm thực hiện, giám sát và báo cáo về các mục tiêu và cột mốc có thể đo lường để đạt được sự hài lòng của Khách hàng và mục tiêu chất lượng hoạt động
- Lãnh đạo nhóm bao gồm CQR, PQR, SQR và kỹ sư chất lượng đo lường phân tích
- Lãnh đạo, quản lý và/hoặc tạo điều kiện thuận lợi cho các nhóm chức năng chéo nội bộ từ nhiều địa điểm của Air Liquide về các vấn đề liên quan đến chất lượng của khách hàng
- Giao tiếp với các cấp hoạt động và quản lý khác nhau, cả nội bộ và bên ngoài, chịu trách nhiệm phát triển, thực hiện và quản lý các nỗ lực cải tiến liên tục cho các quy trình đảm bảo chất lượng dựa trên khách hàng cam kết và lộ trình chất lượng sản phẩm
- Thúc đẩy việc triển khai, vận hành và bảo trì Hệ thống kiểm soát quy trình (PCS) liên quan đến (các) sản phẩm
- Báo cáo với (những) người quản lý có trách nhiệm và quyền hạn về hành động khắc phục, nếu có bất kỳ hoạt động hoặc hoạt động nào không tuân thủ các quy tắc hoặc quy trình quản lý chất lượng đã được phê duyệt
- Phối hợp với các nhà cung cấp nội bộ và bên ngoài để đảm bảo chất lượng của nhà cung cấp thượng nguồn quản lý để củng cố tuyến phòng thủ chất lượng
- Làm việc với các thực thể, cụm và nhóm chất lượng WBL khác như một cộng đồng

**Yêu cầu**:

- Học vấn: Tốt nghiệp đại học các chuyên ngành
- Kinh nghiệm: Trên 5 năm kinh nghiệm mảng chất lượng
- Kỹ năng: Quản lý, Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook.
- **Ngoại ngữ: Tiếng anh giao tiếp tốt**:
