Job summary:


Our client, an international company specializing in garment manufacturing, is looking for Production Management Staff/ Senior Staff to oversee their manufacturing partners.


Responsibilities:

  • Overlook POs and control the whole procedure of Garment production including:
  • Delivery Control through setting Deadline in system, controlling material schedule, planning production lines and production progress.
  • Quality Control from Sample Stage to Bulk Shipment Stage.
  • Quality Control through Factory visiting and checking, garment inspection and negotiate with partners complying Company manuals/ standard.
  • Follow shipments
  • Regularly lead meetings with suppliers/ business partners for business discussion.
  • Handling group of business partners & suppliers, regularly visiting & attending meetings with them for business discussion.

Experience requirements:

  • At least 5 years' experience in Quality Control, Production Management in APPAREL/ TEXTILE/ GARMENT production field only.
  • Business English is mandatory. Chinese/ Japanese is advantage
  • Demonstrated (or potentially) strong leadership skill.
  • Strong problemsolving, logical & innovative
  • Can travel for business fluently to factories in Vietnam/ Cambodia/ Thailand every week.
