**Mô Tả Công Việc**:

- Tiến hành thực hiện đánh giá cuộc gọi theo danh sách khách hàng phân về TSA, chất lượng giao nhận của FSA
- Develop and implement call assessment plan according to customer list allocated to each TSA, delivery quality of FSA_
- Hỗ trợ xây dựng và triển khai kế hoạch đánh giá cuộc gọi theo danh sách khách hàng được phân bổ cho từng nhân viên
- Assist to develop and implement call assessment plan according to customer list allocated to each TSA_
- Tổng hợp kết quả và phân tích chất lượng cuộc gọi (căn cứ trên nội dung, quy trình, sản phẩm, ) và thông báo đến Trưởng bộ phận/ Trưởng nhóm bán hàng
- Synthesize results and generate call quality analysis (based on content, processes, products ) to report to Unit Head/ Sales team leaders_
- Đề xuất thay đổi, cải tiến tài liệu đào tạo, giúp đội ngũ bán hàng cải thiện kỹ năng và kết quả bán hàng
- Propose changes, redo & improve training material, help sales agents to improve sale skills & sales performance_
- Giám sát và hỗ trợ việc tuyển dụng nhân sự của nhóm nhằm đảm bảo nhân sự để vận hành
- Supervise and support the recruitment to fulfill team memebers to ensure meeting the headcount target for operating_
- Chỉ đạo, giám sát việc đào tạo về kiến thức sản phẩm, các đánh giá chất lượng và vận hành hệ thống cho nhân viên mới
- Giving instruction and supervise the training of product knowledge, quality control and system operation skills for new employees_
- Chủ động đề xuất các hoạt động nhằm nâng cao đời sống tinh thần của nhân viên, đảm bảo sự gắn bó dài lâu của nhân viên với tổ chức
- Proactively propose activities aimed at improving the spiritual life of employees, ensuring the long-term commitment of employees to the organization_
- Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác được giao bởi quản lý trực tiếp
- Undertake other tasks assigned by line manager_

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:

- Trình độ Đại học, chuyên ngành Quản trị kinh doanh, Kinh tế hoặc các ngành liên quan
- Bachelor degree, major: Business Administration; Economics or related majors_
- Tối thiểu 04 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc trong các lĩnh vực liên quan, đã từng làm việc trong ngân hàng hoặc tổ chức tín dụng là một lợi thế, trong đó ít nhất 06 tháng kinh nghiệm ở vị trí quản lý.
- At least 04 years' experiences working in relevant fields, preferably working for banking or financial institutions_,_ in which at least 06 months experience at managerial position_
- Am hiểu sản phẩm và dịch vụ bảo hiểm
- Understanding of insurance products & services_
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp lưu loát (viết & nói)
- Good written & verbal communication skills_
- Kỹ năng phân tích & Kĩ năng giải quyết vấn đề tốt
- Strong analytical & skills_
- Kỹ năng quản lý thời gian và quản lý công việc tốt
- Good time management & task management skills_
- Kĩ năng lãnh đạo & kĩ năng động viên
- Leadership skills & motivation skills_
- Chuyên nghiệp, tự tin, có khả năng giải quyết vấn đề/áp lực và có tinh thần đồng đội
- Professionalism, confidence, ability to handle pressure/conflict and ability to work well in a team environment_
- Thông thạo tin học văn phòng
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office skills_
