1.

to monitor and supervise daily production activities of all departments, to call out meetings regularly, to pinpoint problems and analyze the root causes, and to take effective measures to ensure normal operation of the production line.

2. to assist the GM in compiling the company's medium and long-term development plan, to review and approve the annual production and sales comprehensive plan, and to propose quarterly factory goals, central work and major measures;
3. to strengthen management, to ensure the standardized responsibilities and authorities of departments and personnel in the factory, and to establish a quality management system;
4.

to assist company leaders in developing projects and products, to supervise all departments in the factory to formulate short-term, mid-term, and long-term research and development plans, and to ensure they have been implemented and goals achieved.

5. to implement and execute the company's cost control objectives, actively reduce various costs in the factory, and to ensure that production costs are continuously reduced while increasing output and ensuring quality;
6. to organize career development and training for the subordinates, to propose training needs, and to ensure that they continue to adapt to the needs of their positions;
7. to implement the company's safety management rules and regulations to ensure that no safety accidents occur in the factory;
8. to do well on environmental and labor protection and to improve working conditions continuously

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • College or College associate degree, can speak and write in English or Chinese.
  • Minimally 5 years of work experience in cable and wire assembling with an Engineering background in the cable and wire industry.
  • Very familiar with the entire operation and workflow of the factory.
  • Have rich management experience in production planning, material control, production and quality management, and product development.
  • Be familiar with the establishment, maintenance, and improvement of the company's product quality management system and company rules and regulations, be good at optimizing processes, implement lean management to save costs, focus on talent training, implement institutionalization and performance management, and improve employee performance.
  • Keep abreast of the production status at any time, coordinate communication and cooperation between departments, and solve problems in production in a timely manner;
