  • Oversee the developmenttocommercialization process, from the receipt of prototype packages to the shipment and production confirmation samples. Ensure a seamless transition from development to production.

  • Manage the development and commercialization of projects, adhering to critical timelines and cost/margin targets.
  • Address potential construction, material, fit, wear, or cost concerns by troubleshooting design tech packages upon receipt.
  • Maintain and update accurate Bill of Materials (BOM) records for all projects.
  • Facilitate the creation, delivery, and approval of relevant technical information, including shell patterns, 2D and 3D designs, lasts, patterns, blueprints, cost sheets, and more.

Review and assess project status with the product creation and development teams, with a focus on patterns, mold processes, materials, pricing, yield, cost analysis, manufacturing processes, and end-use performance.


  • Lead technical meetings and teardown meetings with team members, factories, and quality control, emphasizing patterns, mold processes, materials, manufacturing processes, and enduse performance.
  • Identify and address fit/wear and commercialization issues, ensuring that product offerings are thoroughly tested and ready for mass production.
  • Evaluate mold cycle times to optimize efficiency.
  • Communicate clearly and concisely with relevant stakeholders, including overseas partners.

Qualification

  • 8 to 10 years of experience within the footwear industry.
  • Exhibit familiarity with product construction techniques
