  • Manage the practical side of the procurement in every stage of the id and fit out activities, working closely with architects and other building professionals and all daily functions that support a successful project
  • Perform all procurement activities throughout budgeting and procurement, and final installation.
  • Participates in the planning, scheduling, and organization of project plans for design, technical, and/or project management tools/documents relative to project parameters and in collaboration with project manager
  • Produce and update detailed budgets and procurement trackers.
  • Create and track client proposals and purchase orders, acting as a liaison between the project team and vendors/consultants.
  • Other tasks assigned by managers.

Yêu cầu công việc:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5 years of proven experience in procurement/ purchasing/ buyer
  • Proven experience in id, fit out, design and detailing standards, building materials, building systems, current and applicable building and fire codes, FF&E, construction techniques and local market costs and costing trends relating to furniture.
  • Strong attention to details in conducting site inspections and managing complex contracts
  • Very strong in communication, design wise, and exceptional organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate openly and positively with all colleagues and partners at all time
  • Strong work ethic, with creative and innovative attitude toward complex problems
  • Ability to research and document new solutions
  • Proficient IT skills
  • Fluent in English: must be excellent spoken, written
  • Request in the field of ID, Fit out, Joinery, Construction
