Summary:

Laird Performance Material (A DuPont Business) is looking for a new team member to join our team as a full-time position located in
Bac Ninh province.


This position is responsible for, but not limited to, managing a cross-functional team of professionals to complete assigned projects or programs.


Responsibilities:

Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to

  • Manage continuous improvement processes, encompassing rework, sorting, product traceability, and other aspects. Provide engineering, quality system, metrology, and TQM support to optimize processes and implement cuttingedge technologies.
  • Effectively manage customer complaints and take the lead in internal corrective actions, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Provide leadership to the Quality team, ensuring effective quality control and compliance with standards. Oversee site performance, manage the disposition of nonconforming materials, and conduct internal quality system audits.
  • Uphold and enforce stringent quality and safety standards, fostering a secure and highcaliber work environment.
  • Develop and execute PQIP for new and transferred products while actively participating in early project involvement, ensuring the prompt completion of the HUDDLE list items.

Job Qualifications:

Requirements:

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or other related field, MBA degree is a plus

Skills and competencies:

  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in Quality and/or Manufacturing, specifically in metal stamping, plating, and coating processing.
  • Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience, with a demonstrated track record of working with Quality systems.
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese languages, both verbal and written, is essential.
  • Possess strong troubleshooting skills and proficiency in statistical analysis.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and ISO 13845 standards.
  • Strong leadership abilities, driven by data, and proficient in project management.
  • Familiarity with Six Sigma, TPS or Lean Manufacturing Principles, as well as CAD (AutoCAD) is preferred.
