**Mô Tả Công Việc**:

- Quản trị, vận hành các APP (iOS, Android) của Tập đoàn trong phạm vi được phân công.
- Nhận bàn giao các tài liệu về công nghệ, quy trình, hướng dẫn sử dụng để thực hiện các công tác quản trị và bảo trì ứng dụng.
- Thực hiện quản lý và cài đặt các hệ thống phần mềm ứng dụng, các phiên bản cập nhật/ nâng cấp của các hệ thống phần mềm ứng dụng tương ứng trong phạm vi phụ trách.
- Tiếp nhận yêu cầu hỗ trợ người dùng cuối và thực hiện các công tác hỗ trợ, xử lý các sự cố phần mềm ứng dụng trong phạm vi quản lý và theo phân công của Ban Lãnh đạo.
- Chịu trách nhiệm chỉnh sửa/ cài đặt tham số kỹ thuật của hệ thống ứng dụng, khai thác số liệu thông qua các công cụ quản trị.
- Đầu mối rà soát, tổng hợp và báo cáo Ban Giám đốc về các vấn đề phát sinh trong công tác hỗ trợ, quản trị và bảo trì ứng dụng theo định kỳ hoặc đột xuất khi có yêu cầu; phối hợp với các bên liên quan trong quá trình xác định nguyên nhân và đề xuất giải pháp khắc phục.
- Xác định môi trường phát triển, kiểm thử và phát hành cần thiết để đáp ứng nhu cầu
- Đảm bảo rằng tất cả các bản sao lưu được thực hiện và làm việc với người quản lý phát hành để kiểm soát số phiên bản của phần mềm
- Tự động hóa để quản lý và cung cấp môi trường với các cấu hình chính xác
- Thực hiện các công việc khác có liên quan do Lãnh đạo giao

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:

- Nam từ tuổi
- Tốt nghiệp Cao Đẳng (trở lên) chuyên ngành Công nghệ thông tin.
- Có khả năng phân tích và thiết kế hệ thống phần mềm; hệ thống mạng cho doanh nghiệp
- Có kiến thức cơ bản về an toàn và bảo mật thông tin
- Hiểu biết sâu về các giải pháp, thiết bị mạng phổ biến
- Khả năng nghiên cứu, ứng dụng công nghệ mới
- Có khả năng tư duy logic
- Kỹ năng lập kế hoạch và tổ chức công việc tốt.
- Kỹ năng quản trị thông tin
- Tinh thần trách nhiệm và khả năng làm việc dưới áp lực cao
- Chủ động và có khả năng làm việc độc lập
- Tác phong làm việc cẩn thận, nhanh nhẹn, quyết đoán
- Chăm chỉ, học hỏi nhanh.
- Thái độ cầu tiến trong công việc.
