- The positions shall report into the Butchery or Outlet Supervisor
- To assist in all butchery or sales outlet operations. To efficiently operate tills or cash registers to the expected Company standards
- Ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
- To assist customers where necessary during their shopping in butcheries or sales outlets
- Take orders from customers via telephone or from our online shop and process these orders with our butchery team and delivery staff. To assist in receiving/offloading merchandise meant for the butchery/outlet. Manager deliveries for our "wholesale" and "retail" customers
- Deal with all issues that arise from customers (complaints, grievances etc)Requirements
- Experience in retail sales at a shop or as a restaurant waiter ideal. In store training will also be provided. Fluent in both written and spoken English. Ability to take an order via telephone and clearly communicate with customers. Customer management skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Hỗ trợ khách hàng khi cần thiết trong lúc họ mua sắm tại cửa hàng
- Nhận đơn đặt hàng của khách hàng qua điện thoại hoặc qua đặt hàng online và xử lý đơn hàng với nhân viên sản xuất và nhân viên giao nhận. Hỗ trợ nhận hàng và chuyển hàng cho sản xuất và hàng hóa
- Quản lý và theo dõi việc giao nhận của khách hàng sỉ và lẻ- GIải quyết tất cả các vấn đề phát sinh từ khách hàng ( khiếu nại, yêu cầu)YÊU CẦU:

- Có kinh nghiệm bán hàng tại các cửa hàng bán lẻ hoặc là nhân viên phục vụ tại nhà hàng. Thông thạo Tiếng Anh viết và nói, có khả năng nhận đơn hàng qua điện thoại và giao tiếp rõ ràng với khách hàng. Có kỹ năng quản lý khách hàng
- Có kỹ năng tổ chức công việc
- Có kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt
- Có bằng Quản trị kinh doanh, khách sạn hoặc văn bằng liên quan và có kinh nghiệm làm việc
- Ký hợp đồng sau 3 tháng thử việc.
