Summary:


Supporting RA Manager to submit dossier for of Medical Device/ Drug under Baxter Vietnam Healthcare Company and Representative Office of BAXTER HEALTHCARE (ASIA) PTE.

LTD, prepare documents for submission (new, variation, notification) of Medical Device, Drug. Supporting RA to do some administration work.

Position duties & Responsibilities:

  • Tracking legal documents, submissions regularly.; update registration license if any.
  • Ensure all submissions, both planned and ongoing, are logged and tracked regularly.
  • Support RA manager to review product labels and package inserts of registered pharmaceutical products as well as medical devices.
  • Archive and maintain regulatory files in a format consistent with local health authority and corporate requirements: such as photocopy, scan,
  • Support documents related submission required for tender as per requested.
  • Perform other administrative works and necessary activities related to regulatory affairs upon RA Manager request.
  • Support other admin work of Baxter office if any.

Educational Background:

Final year student of Pharmaceutical University

Qualifications:

  • Have good grade in university is preferable
  • Can communicate in English (verbal and written communication)
  • Good team player and interpersonal skills
  • IT related skills (e.g., MS word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, online research)
