**Job description**:
Đảm nhận vị trí BrSE, vai trò của bạn là tối ưu giá trị của team sản xuất thông qua việc sắp xếp thứ tự ưu tiên các tính năng, đảm bảo team sản xuất hiểu và làm đúng yêu cầu của khách hàng. Cụ thể:

- Làm cầu nối giao tiếp giữa khách hàng và developer team
- Lên kế hoạch, quản lý chất lượng, tiến độ và nhân sự của dự án
- Nghiệm thu sản phẩm từ developer team trước khi bàn giao cho khách hàng
- Tư vấn cho team/khách hàng về các vấn đề ưu tiên, kỹ thuật liên quan tới dự án

**Your skills and experience**:

- **Tiếng Nhật giao tiếp tối thiểu tương đương N2**:

- **Có từ 3 năm kinh nghiệm tham gia vào 1 hoặc nhiều dự án ở vị trí SE sử dụng PHP hoặc Java hoặc JavaScript**:

- Có kinh nghiệm quản lý dự án: quản lý task, phân bổ task, theo dõi tiến độ và nghiệm thu sản phẩm
- Hiểu về basic design, detail design
- Có khả năng tư vấn cho khách hàng về các vấn đề kỹ thuật liên quan tới dự án
- Bạn có lợi thế khi:_
- Có kinh nghiệm làm việc với Python, NodeJS, Android/iOS
- Có thể làm việc theo mô hình Scrum
- Có tư duy tốt, linh hoạt và khả năng phản biện
- Có kinh nghiệm quản lý dự án
- Có khả năng làm việc tự chủ và kỹ năng làm việc theo nhóm
- Có khả năng dẫn dắt, truyền cảm hứng cho đàn em
