**Mô tả công việc**:
(Mức lương: triệu VNĐ)
- Theo dõi và xử lý các đơn dispute, thống kê và phân loại các đơn dispute của từng đối tác
- Theo dõi tỷ lệ dispute + refund của store từng ngày để kịp thời báo cáo
- Đối chiếu bill của store và charge trên cổng thanh toán
- Theo dõi báo cáo công nợ còn lại của từng supplier
- POD: Quản lý đơn hàng, làm việc với supplier, cập nhật báo cáo cuối tháng về các chi phí, theo dõi và xử lý dispute
- Cổng thanh toán: Theo dõi số liệu từng cổng với kế toán, theo dõi các khách thuê cổng, làm báo cáo về tình trạng và policy từng cổng, chuẩn bị các giấy tờ cần thiết khi cổng yêu cầu
- Wealify: Lead team CS, các task liên quan đến CSKH được phân công
- Một số công việc phát sinh khác theo sự phân công của quản lý.

**Chức vụ**: Trưởng nhóm/Trưởng phòng

**Hình thức làm việc**: Toàn thời gian

Thời gian làm việc:8h30 - 17h30 từ thứ 2 đến thứ 6, nghỉ Thứ 7 & CN

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Trung cấp - Nghề

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Nữ, TOEIC 650 hoặc IELTS 5.5 trở lên
- Ưu tiên ứng viên đã có kinh nghiệm làm việc tại cái các công ty về TMĐT, POD, Tài Chính, Ví điện tử,...
- Tốt nghiệp trình độ đại học các ngành Kinh tế, Quản trị hoặc các ngành liên quan
- Cẩn thận, tỉ mỉ, cầu tiến, sáng tạo, chủ động.
- Có khả năng làm việc nhóm, kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt, nhiệt huyết, có trách nhiệm cao với công việc
