  • Lead and support a development team, offering guidance and assistance as needed, with around 2030% of the workload dedicated to leadership responsibilities.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to analyze project requirements and explore diverse solutions for complex technical challenges, constituting approximately 20% of the workload.
  • Demonstrate a profound understanding of various system architectures and propose suitable architectural decisions based on project needs.
  • Research and evaluate current and emerging solutions, staying abreast of industry trends and technologies.
  • Showcase a high level of proficiency in quickly learning and adapting to new programming languages, frameworks, and technologies.
  • Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal, ensuring clear and concise communication with team members and stakeholders.
  • Manage client expectations, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction with the delivered products.
  • Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes.
  • Collaborate with the testing team to ensure thorough testing and resolution of bugs.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team and the organization.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Vietnamese (Fluent or Native) and French (C1 level or equivalent) or professional working proficiency in English (TOEIC 900+, IELTS 7+).
  • Hold a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Engineering with an exceptional GPA.
  • At least three years of dedicated experience as a backend developer.
  • At least one year of experience as a Fullstack developer.
  • At least one year of experience as a team lead, managing a team of 1015 individuals.
  • Proficient in frontend development and open to contributing to tasks in both frontend and backend.
  • Preference for familiarity with LoopBack, ReactAdmin, and NodeJS.
  • Proficiency in various programming languages, with a quick ability to learn and adapt to new languages and frameworks.
  • Excellent comprehension of system architectures, enabling informed decisionmaking on architectural matters.
  • Extensive experience in code review, ensuring code quality, security, and compliance with coding standards.
  • Capability to lead and support a development team, cultivating a collaborative and productive environment.
  • Strong problemsolving skills, coupled with the ability to research and explore innovative solutions for intricate technical challenges.
  • Demonstrated aptitude to effectively balance handson coding, code review, team leadership, and solution exploration.
  • Possession of an engineering mindset, coupled with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
  • High attention to detail and adept multitasking skills.
