Job description:

ABOUT THE JOB

  • Design and implement test plans and test cases in alignment with our Agile methodologies.
  • Conduct manual testing across web and mobile platforms, as well as database testing.
  • Utilize Postman for comprehensive API testing.
  • Perform various nonfunctional tests, including performance testing with tools like JMeter.
  • Manage databaserelated testing on SQL Server and Oracle Server, with proficiency in PLSQL and Oracle Form/Report.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Utilize Xray and Jira for test management and defect tracking.
  • Contribute to automation testing efforts using frameworks like Selenium or Appium as needed.

ABOUT YOU

  • Bachelor's or College degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
  • Strong background in manual testing, including web, mobile, and database testing.
  • Proficiency in API testing with Postman and performance testing with tools like JMeter.
  • Experience with SQL Server, Oracle Server, and PLSQL.
  • Familiarity with life insurance and payment domains is highly desirable.
  • Proficient with Xray, Jira, and defect tracking software.
  • Exposure to cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and automation test frameworks is a plus.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
