We are looking for an MEP Engineer, who will do:

  • Surveying the repair & maintenance requests at sites with service team colleagues & customers & vendors and provide reports for solutions
  • Searching and surveying for suitable vendors for resolve repair & maintenance request from service teams
  • Reviewing vendor's repair method statements and provide review results and suggestions for line manager's confirmation
  • Setting up the Quality Control process for service team colleagues to follow onsite
  • Monitoring the repair & maintenance work progress and review the inspection records and quality control result on site
  • Carrying out the other duties assigned by Division Head

We expect you have:

  • Working experience as MEP Engineer
  • Having experience for high rise building MEP construction
  • Familiar with MEP systems of highrise buildings, especially Electrical, Elevator, HVAC, and other light current systems (Intercom, camera, access control, barrier control systems, )
  • Good using AutoCAD, knowing Revit is a plus

Other information:

  • Working from 8:30 AM 5:30 PM (Monday to Friday + 1 Saturday morning)
  • Working at Phu My Hung, District 7, HCMC
