- Tham gia thiết kế UI/UX cho hệ thống Website của công ty (07 site lớn, hơn 50 site vệ tinh).
- Dự trên các yêu cầu từ PO, thiết kế wireframe để chuyển hóa từ ngôn ngữ technical end user
- Tạo wireframes, mockups hoặc prototype để mô tả trải nghiệm phù hợp với nhiều đối tượng.
- Phối hợp với Team Product và Team Dev để phát triển sản phẩm, mang tới trải nghiệm tốt nhất.
- Làm cho giao diện thân thiện, tương tác và tăng khả năng sử dụng cho người dùng (UX).
- Thiết kế UI/UX Website theo tiêu chí: sáng tạo, thân thiện với người dùng, tạo sự khác biệt.
- Nghiên cứu, cập nhật những xu hướng & cải tiến mới về công nghệ, kỹ thuật thiết kế để nâng cao chất lượng và hiệu quả các sản phẩm thiết kế.
- Đề xuất sửa đổi, cải tiến để hoàn thiện chất lượng các thiết kế, sản phẩm đã triển khai.
- Thực hiện các công việc khác theo sự phân công của Quản lý trực tiếp.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Ứng viên trong độ tuổi
- Có ít nhất 2-3 năm kinh nghiệm thiết kế UI / UX website, ứng dụng web và / hoặc thiết bị di động.
- Có kinh nghiệm triển khai Mobile App, Web App, Website; Đã từng triển khai Style Guidelines, Design System, Brand Manual là một lợi thế.
- Sử dụng tốt các phần mềm như Figma, Zeplin, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Sketch và các phần mềm liên quan đến đồ họa khác.
- Khả năng hoàn thiện Layout tốt từ Concept, thẩm mỹ & mức độ hoàn thiện cao.
- Hiểu biết cơ bản về HTML/CSS, Javascript.
- Có Portfolio đa dạng thể hiện được kinh nghiệm của bản thân.
- Khả năng làm việc nhóm và độc lập tốt.
- Ưu tiên có kiến thức về xây dựng thương hiệu.
