Job Summary - (Role Summary)

  • It is the responsibility of the Graphic Design to produce effective, strategic marketing and advertising materials in an effort to maximize revenue for the IMPERIAL Hotel brand.
  • Key responsibilities include mentoring, project leadership, strategic development and execution of marketing campaigns and materials, both inmarket and internal.
  • In addition, write specifications and work with Print Buyer and vendors to make sure all pieces are printed correctly and on time.
  • To guide and train other department Designers as needed
Essential Duties and Responsibilities - (Key Activities of the role)

  • Oversee and manage the production of various print and digital items both internally and through vendors.
  • Efficiently handle and delegate highvolume workload, and ensure all deadlines are met by graphic design team.
  • Study illustrations and photographs to plan presentation of materials, products, or services.
  • Responsible for creating and revising hotel and tournament collateral, forms, signage, ads, invitations and/or specialty pieces as assigned
  • Provide training/guidance for Designers
  • Assure that all design needs are met and branding is consistent
  • Stay current in design trends and advertising styles
  • Keep current and organized files of all digital assets & specs
  • Update onproperty digital assets including inroom television, casino floor, marquee, etc.
  • Assess and prioritize projects to ensure an efficient workflow.
  • Works with team to identify opportunities to streamline processes.
  • Any other responsibility or tasks deemed necessary by supervisor
