Responsibilities:

  • Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
  • Review & optimize quality reports, statistical reviews, and relevant documentation
  • Appraise customers' requirements and make sure they are satisfied
  • Ability to work independently and selftask management
  • Good research, negotiation, and problemsolving skills
  • Participate in sprint planning and work closely with the Scrum team to analyze requirements and provide necessary test recommendations

Qualifications:

Technical requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in automation testing
  • Solid experience in implementing and scripting test automation with Katalon, Selenium, Appium,... or any of automation tools
  • Solid experience with testing process (test strategy, test approach, test plan, test case, bug report, testing report,...)
  • Good knowledge of the software development process, especially the software testing process
  • Good knowledge of Agile/Scrum environment
  • Strong ability to work around crossfunctional teams (Product, Engineering, Operations, Customer Support,...) to improve team productivity
  • Fluent in English, have experience in working directly with global clients
  • Able to lead and train junior members

  • Have experience in using Python for testing
  • Knowledge of product quality metrics
  • Dedication to quality and a positive, collaborative attitude and approach to testing
