10. Đúng giờ, hiệu quả, lịch sự. Không nói chuyện to với các nhân viên khác.
11. Phục vụ tất cả các món ăn một cách thân thiện và chuyên nghiệp.

13. Đoán biết được nhu cầu của khách hàng thông qua quan sát và cung cấp dịch vụ nhanh chóng, hiệu quả hoặc trực tiếp hoặc thông qua giao tiếp hiệu quả với các cộng sự khác.
14. Thực hành công việc và thực hiện với Tầm nhìn, giá trị doanh nghiệp và chính sách của công ty. Để tuân thủ Quy tắc ứng xử của Sedona mọi lúc.
15. Thông thạo và hiểu biết về các quy trình An Toàn của Tập Đoàn cũng như các yêu cầu về sức khỏe và an toàn tại nơi làm việc.
16. Hỗ trợ các đầu bếp trong việc thực hiện vai trò của mình.
17. Thực hiện bất kỳ nhiệm vụ bổ sung theo yêu cầu của giám sát, điều hành đầu bếp hoặc quản lý khách sạn.
