Main Responsibilities:

  • Be trained by observing how Japanese engineers work and the operation of Japan system (OJT)
  • After OJT, visit the client, listen to their issues and requests, and create a good system in response.
⇒There is no specific plan to do this from the beginning, and it is necessary to think and respond to the client's wishes at the time.

  • Focus on issues and problems in the process of creating employment, strategic planning of new products and management of development projects to solve them.
  • Develop and provide solutions for Vietnamese HR companies that streamline the management of job seeker information and company recruitment information and optimize and streamline the process from matching to employment.
  • Provide solutions that support matching data analysis, etc.
  • Develop and provide solutions that automate the recruitment process using unique AI algorithms.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop, test, and debug highquality code, contributing to product growth and evolution.
  • Contribute to improve the technical capabilities of your team by leveraging software engineering best practices.
  • Stays uptodate with technology trends and industry best practices, and constantly upskills our team.

Requirements:

English and Japanese (can conduct daily conversation)

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, software engineering, or related field
  • Unlike offshore PMs, who have fixed projects with a fixed period, we need to always be close to our customers and update them according to their requests.
⇒Must be a person who has experience in owning and working on in-house products (person who has experience in improving them)

  • Experienced in the same industry for more than 5 years
  • Able to act and think spontaneously
  • Software engineering work experience (5+ years)
  • Technology leadership experience
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate in crossfunctional teams
  • Flexibility and creativity for new ideas
  • Spirit of challenge and ability to adapt to change
  • Backend: Java, PHP
  • Frontend: React, Jquery,
  • Database: MySQL, Elasticsearch
  • Infrastructure: AWS, Docker
[Preferred skills]

  • SaaS product development experience (front end, back end)
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies (e.g. AWS, Azure)
  • Understanding user experience (UX)
  • Experience with SaaS version upgrades, refactoring, and SRE
  • Practical experience with testdriven development (TDD)
