Requirements:

  • Minimum Qualifications:
Hold a bachelors degree in Software Development or equivalent.

  • Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle: Possess a solid understanding of the entire software development life cycle.

  • Java Development Experience: Have a minimum of 5 years of experience with the Java development tech stack and a willingness to learn other programming languages.

  • SQL Experience: Bring experience in SQL, including databases like PostgreSQL and SQLite.

  • Linux Proficiency: Familiarity with working in a Linux environment.

  • Analytical Problem-Solving: Demonstrate excellent analytical problemsolving skills.
  • Quick Learner and Independent Management: Exhibit the ability to learn quickly and work independently.

  • Communication Skills: Have strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Leadership Experience: Previous experience in leading a development team is advantageous.
  • Programming Languages: Proficient in JavaScript, Python, Go, Ruby, and Bash.
  • Scalable Systems Expertise: Experience with scalable and highavailability systems, including knowledge of technologies such as Kubernetes, Kafka, and containers, is a plus.
  • Web Services Knowledge: Familiarity with web services is an additional advantage.
  • Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA): Understanding and experience with Service-Oriented Architecture is also considered a positive.
