Project Managers with at least 2 years of experience in Management projects. The customer is a Leading Player in the market.

Responsibilities/ Daily tasks you will take care:

What You'll be Responsible for:

  • Strong knowledge of software implementation best practices, design pattern
  • Build/Refactoring source code structure for the project and optimize for maintenance
  • Design database and optimize the performance
  • Ability to complete all phases of software development life cycle including analysis, design, functionality, testing, and support
  • Communicate clearly with the development team, business users, and project manager
  • Understand business objectives and design the system adaptation with future changes.
  • Participate in Agile working practices such as daily scrum meetings, sprint planning meetings, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Define coding standards and review code for team
  • Training and coaching for members, research into new tools, techniques, and best practices + facilitating knowledge sharing within the team

Requirements/ Desired skills and experience

Must have:

  • At least 2 years of Project Management in the Software Development industry or alternative. You know your stuff and know how to deal with demanding clients, not having worked as a waiter, but experience in consulting or similar definitely.
  • Crosscultural communication with Japanese speaking.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to develop a vision for the direction of the product.
  • Demonstrate the ability and willingness to continuously acquire new competencies and accept new challenges as well as Agility and flexibility in response to changing priorities and needs.
  • Critical thinker with innovative problemsolving skills.
  • Technical background or experiences in handson coding tasks is a plus

Nice to have:

  • Have experience in the AMS project is a plus.
