What are we looking for?
We're in search of a meticulous and experienced professional to join our team as a Design Coordinator. This role requires expertise in creating precise and cost-effective designs that meet project and client needs within specified timelines.

What are you expected to do?

  • Project Leadership: Lead and mentor team members, ensuring adherence to policies and maintaining high standards of professionalism

You'll be a great fit if:

  • You have a minimum of 5-10 years' experience in a similar role.
  • You possess strong technical knowledge of engineering principles, methods, and relevant legislation
  • You can work independently on projects of significant scale and complexity
  • You have experience in preparing fee proposals, tender documents, and submissions
  • You demonstrate advanced proficiency in relevant design software
  • You have experience in using any computeraided design (CAD) software or other tools to create detailed engineering designs for infrastructure projects.
  • Your communication skills—both written and verbal—are excellent
  • Your interpersonal skills are strong, allowing you to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • You have a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or similar disciplines.
