As a Senior Technical Project Manager, you will manage the entire project development process

This includes:

  • Understanding technical trends and specifications, making recommendations, and addressing internal needs.
  • Planning: Skilled at determining scopes, scheduling, setting priorities and goals, creating gantt charts, and managing sprints.
  • Led project teams, collaborated with clients, and mentored members. Responsibilities include external and internal communication, coordination, information transmission, and reporting.
  • Product expertise includes strategic and tactical actions, requirement collection, and full user story documentation.

Detailed responsibilities are:

  • Collaborate with clients, executives, and stakeholders to investigate possible projects and determine parameters. Analyze and interpret customer requirements into project needs, ensuring alignment with objectives.
  • Technical expertise: Provide educated suggestions on technology choices and investments by staying up to date on industry developments. Provide technical expertise and direction to project teams. Evaluate technical estimates and team members' performance.
  • Planning and Management: Create detailed project designs and SRS, including scope, resource allocation, timeframes, communication strategies, budgeting, and success criteria. Monitor project finances and ensure financial targets are met.
  • Lead and guide crossfunctional project teams throughout all phases, from start to finish. Supervise and participate in project activities to ensure they correspond with goals.
  • Track and report project milestones, deliverables, and change requests to keep stakeholders informed about progress and changes. As a communication liaison, relay project updates and relevant information to stakeholders.

Quality Assurance:
Create and maintain comprehensive project and product documentation. Ensure project documentation adheres to industry and corporate standards and quality benchmarks.

  • Oversee effective delivery of software solutions to clients and conduct performance evaluations for quality assurance. Conduct regular product performance assessments and make appropriate modifications.
  • Effective leadership involves setting a good example and committing to excellence. Mentor team members. Collaborate with internal teams, such as developers, engineers, architects, and quality assurance, to ensure requirements are clear and aligned with expectations.
  • Ensure project deliverables are accepted by clients and meet timeframes.
  • Assess and manage technical hazards.

Job Requirements:

  • Business professional with fluency or native knowledge in both French and Vietnamese.
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or engineering.
  • Over 10 years of expertise in the software development sector.
  • At least 4 years of experience as a fulltime Technical Product Manager or Project Manager in product development, project delivery, and software project management.
  • Over 2 years of experience as a software developer.
  • Exceptional communication, motivation, and cooperation abilities.
  • Capable of influencing crossfunctional teams and leaders.
  • Demonstrates exceptional leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and multitasking abilities.

Nice to have:

  • English proficiency required for professional work (TOEIC 700, IELTS 6.5 ).
  • A Master's degree in a relevant field,
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Management, Agile), experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira),
  • Experience managing multiple projects,
  • Knowledge of Total Product Maintenance (TPM), Scrum, technical PMS (Product Management Systems), and Agile systems.
