Job Description:

  • Do administration for
    Salesforce B2B eCommerce platform with knowledge of multiple interfaces (
    SAP Sales & Distribute module)**:
  • Defect handling (1st and 2nd level support)
    :analyzing issues within the system landscape and
    solution implementation in Salesforce
-
Customizing of master data within Salesforce backend and SAP Sales & Distribute module

  • Update configurations and translations in Salesforce Backend depending on new feature implementation or Rollouts
- _ Optional: Development of features within Salesforce (back
- and frontend) to improve eCommerce solution _
- _Technical documentation for software changes_

Qualifications:

-
Salesforce B2B Commerce knowledge

  • Mandatory:Salesforce Administrator Certification
  • Additional:Salesforce Developer Certification
  • 2 years working experience as a Salesforce Administrator


 SAP SD knowledge
  • Customer and Material Master Data, Pricing and Conditions
  • Analytical thinking, understanding and interest for IT solutions with multiple interfaces and their processes
  • Intense communication with multiple stakeholders regarding defect solving
  • English language: fluent
- (Optional) JIRA, confluence, MF ALM
