**Mô Tả Công Việc**:

- Làm việc với các đối tác, sản phẩm công nghệ dự án của công ty.
- Phân tích giải pháp, xác định yêu cầu hệ thống, tính năng sản phẩm.
- Lập kế hoạch, xây dựng kế hoạch, code tool cho từng sản phẩm.
- Thường xuyên báo cáo kết quả công việc với team và cấp trên.
- Quản lý chất lượng sản phẩm đạt yêu cầu đề ra.
- Làm việc với các dự án sản phẩm công nghệ của công ty và đối tác.
- Phân tích giải pháp, xác định các yêu cầu về hệ thống, tính năng của sản phẩmproduct.
- Lập kế hoạch, xây dựng phương án, code công cụ đối với từng sản phẩm.
- Báo cáo xuyên suốt về kết quả làm việc với nhóm và cấp bậc.
- Quản lý chất lượng sản phẩm đạt đúng yêu cầu đề ra.

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:

- Có từ 3 năm kinh nghiệm trở lên trong việc phát triển Web Service.
- Nắm vững kiến thức và có kinh nghiệm làm việc với Java core, JavaEE, Spring MVC/ Boots, Hibernate.
- Hiểu rõ về SQL và NOSQL.
- Đã làm qua các dự án với mô hình Microservice, MVC.
- Có kiến thức chuyên sâu về OOP và Design pattern.
- Có kinh nghiệm liên quan đến vấn đề performance và security của hệ thống.
- Có kiến thức về unit test, integration test,...
- Biết qua HTML5, CSS3, JS, có kinh nghiệm với ReactJS là một điểm cộng.
- Thành thạo các câu lệnh và cách quản lý source repository trên GIT, có kinh nghiệm review code là một lợi thế.
- Có kiến thức về quy trình phát triển phần mềm.
- Chấp nhận những thử thách mới và không ngại khó.
- Có khả năng lãnh đạo và mong muốn trở thành Leader, Manager.
