Senior Designer.
  • You are supposed to be the assistant of the art director. They deliver visual communication that meets Ogilvy's standards, using their aesthetic and professional skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for producing all the creative ideas and all audiovisual outputs
  • Complete the Client's daily creative design work independently.
  • Search for material and visual references for the team during the creative preparation process.
  • Have good time management skills and be able to complete work on time.
  • Skilled in relevant design software, with preference given to proficiency in a particular skill.
  • Possess knowledge of production, printing, and digital media, and supervise on behalf of the company and Clients when necessary.
  • Familiar with trends in the design arena and enjoy sharing with colleagues.
  • Responsible for creative and effective recognition at local and international awards competitions and new/existing business growth.
  • Basic knowledge of animation principles and ability to create video and motion assets, using After Effects and Premiere

Qualifications:

  • You are a driven designer and a proactive teamplayer with at least 34 years of experience in an advertising agency.
  • Proficiency in mainstream design software.
  • You have a keen eye for detail while also keeping the bigger picture in mind.
  • You get enthusiastic about brilliant design, and you are broadly interested in tech, culture, and film.
  • You are passionate about working with people, contributing as part of a team, and making others around you (and their ideas) that much better.
  • Open and curious mindset, pragmatic attitude, and a handson mentality.
  • Able to communicate effectively in English.
