As our System Engineer, you'll take the wheel in creating a seamless and consistent IT service experience for all of our employees, you will be an integral player within the IT End User Support team based in Vietnam.


  • Some of your daily tasks will include resolving office IT issues, maintaining office assets, and supporting IT infrastructure projects. Working alongside a talented troop of IT experts stationed in Indonesia, Vietnam, and India, you will use your strong problemsolving and technical troubleshooting skills while working collaboratively with the IT team such as Asset, Core Infra, and Automation in efforts to deliver an exceptional IT service experience. Your efforts will ensure our systems are running seamlessly so that the business can operate optimally.
    What You Will Do
  • Act as the primary contact for all internal IT support requests which includes Service Desk and IT Infrastructure support skill set.
  • Responsible for solving issues, driving enhancements, and improving support for all IT related functions on a day to day basis.
  • Ability to deliver outstanding customer service and provide simplified explanations of complex technical issues. Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions on Windows and MacOSX platforms.
  • Ability to work with limited supervision and stay focused while performing repetitive tasks.
  • Provides hardware, software, and account Service Desk support and technical education to end users on computer, mobile devices, and printers.
  • Onboarding administration: prepares new hire hardware for deployment & educate new hires on new software and technology related procedures to secure a swift onboarding process.
  • Cooperate with the technical team and share information across the organization and follow all company's filed procedures and protocols

What You Will Need

  • Prior experience as IT Infrastructure & Operations onsite Technician (34yrs)
  • Proven Field IT Service experience with knowledge of Server, Network, Jamf, gSuite, Zoom, Slack and other IT standard operating systems. (CCNA/CCNP Knowledge)
  • Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules
  • Technical degree or certification would be an advantage
  • ITIL Knowledge with industry standard ticketing system experience with both the local language and English proficiency

About the Team
IT End User and operations team is part of the larger IT infrastructure Team under CIO Organization. The office of the CIO also leads all IT asset procurement, budgeting, and implementing equipment policies. Our IT end-user support team spread out across all of our operating countries (Indonesia, India, Singapore, and Vietnam).

The gist of our role is to provide seamless working experience for our 8000+ users by managing our 10,000+ IT asset devices and infrastructure, and 180+ SaaS globally.

We're accountable for end-to-end asset management, resolving IT infra related issues, managing IT infra operations, and ensuring IT compliance and adherence to information security.

We make sure our users have little to no technical barriers to get their jobs done.
