  • Starting its operation from 2010 at Etown 2 in HCMC, BGSV is the first software development center of Bosch in Southeast Asia. BGSV nowadays have over 4,000 associates, with a global footprint and presence in the US, Europe, and the Asia Pacific region. _
  • With our unique ability to offer endtoend solutions that connect sensors, software, and services, we enable businesses to move from the traditional to digital or improve businesses by introducing a digital element in their products and processes._
  • Responsible for developing people and appropriate staffing of all projects with assignment of roles and responsibilities.
  • Planning and allocation of resources for projects, tools, hardware, etc. and ensure deployment as per targets.
  • Periodically evaluate all projects to ensure team readiness and capabilities.
  • Support in department level business planning activities
  • Associate Development via the available instruments such as GPD and CDD
  • Plan appropriate competency development, approve training for group members.
  • Responsible for competence & efficiency within the team
  • Responsible for related JOEM customer project SW Development on time, on cost, on quality
  • Support team in problem solving.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or master's degree in Electrical, Electronics or in Automotive Engineering
  • Min. 4+ years of working experience in automotive industry (SW development experience) & min. 1+ years leadership experience.
  • Good engineering sense, fast technical understanding & high quality mindset
  • Familiar with automotive engineering process & quality system incl. comprehensive knowledge on automotive and safety standards (Ex. ISO16949, ASPICE, ISO26262, etc...)
  • Good in communication & experience with international engineering setup
  • Significant experience in embedded SW development
  • Positive leadership and capability to lead a team of ~ 1015 employees / Good Team Leadership and Team development experience.
  • Good strategic thinking
  • Excellent English both in oral and written.
