The R&D Team Leader will be in charge of the VUIHOC's Self-Study English Programs developed for K12 students.

Their main responsibilities are listed as below:
1/ Research and Development

  • Plan and lead the development of English courses (Primary) on VUIHOC.VN according to the curriculum framework of the Ministry of Education and Training.
  • Oversee the compilation of s are of high quality.
  • Oversee and support the creation of teaching videos, work closely with the Media, IT, Product and other departments to ensure the highest quality of the product.
  • Oversee the creation of activities, games, and other exercises that students participate in as part of their learning.
  • Conduct research on new pedagogical methodologies and programs as well as make improvements to current curriculum and resources.
  • Develop and execute assessment procedures to demonstrate and assure student learning progress throughout the course.
  • Perform other professional tasks at the request of the Academic Manager.
2/ Planning & Management

  • Develop monthly/quarterly/yearly plans & reports for the academic team.
  • Delegate tasks and oversee the work quality of all team members.
  • Conduct periodic performance evaluation for each team member and academic team as a whole.

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Over 3 years of experience in teaching English and materials & curriculum design.
  • Have sound knowledge of and capacity to investigate, acquire information on, and evaluate available online English programs.
  • Strong planning and time management as well as ability to lead a small team.
  • Strong critical thinking, technology mindset and have a passion for selfdevelopment in the field of Edtech.
  • Good problemsolving ability.
  • Able to work under high pressure.
  • Ability to work in a team and independently.
