RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.

Develop Operation and Maintenance program for solar rooftop systems of the company, including:

  • Research on behaviours of the system and define frequency for O&M activities
  • Define preventive and corrective actions for foreseen issues of the system which may cause underperformance problem

2.

Monitor and undertake all O&M activities:

  • Interface with local communities to establish and maintain rapport
  • Ensure physical security of assets
  • Ensure maximum electrical performance and lifetime of solar rooftop assets
  • Oversee the designated facilities' operations, maintenancerelated contracts, and agreements for sites under warranty
  • Facilitate daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reporting in accordance with operational, safety, regulatory, and environmental performance requirements
  • Monitor generating equipment for proper function, service, and repairs
  • Organize onsite O&M activities: module cleaning, maintenance and repairing,
  • Ensure that onsite O&M activities are conducted in a safetyconscious manner
  • Ensure that quality electronic communication is established and maintained at each facility
  • Ensure compliance with site environmental regulations pertaining to hazardous waste, oil spill prevention, avian studies, and wildlife conservation procurement and construction stage of new projects

3. Acquisition

  • Perform the technical analysis of the projects
  • Ensure Safety/Quality/Risks are applied during the entire proposals

4. Other duties assigned

  • Representative of the company to sign off the Minute of metering number records with EVN to calculate the value for electricity invoice to EPTC monthly

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree in electrical engineering or civil engineering
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the field of operation and maintenance
  • Preferably over 1 years in managerial position in Solar or clean energy field
  • Ability to quickly understand the basics of solar energy including resource studies, environmental and cultural studies, transmission issue, and civil and electrical engineering
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate in English
