Mô Tả Công Việc:

Job Duties:

  • Lead a team of developers in the design, development, testing, and deployment of scalable and maintainable backend solutions using Golang.
  • Develop and maintain highperformance and efficient backend systems, services, and APIs using Golang.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define technical requirements, architecture, and design of backend systems.
  • Ensure adherence to software development best practices, including code reviews, testing, and documentation.
  • Mentor and guide team members in the development of their technical skills and career growth.
  • Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in backend development, and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc:

  • 5+ years of experience in backend development, with a strong focus on Golang
  • Strong experience with microservices, RESTful APIs, and serverless architectures.
  • Strong understanding of database design and optimization, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Strong experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience leading technical teams in the successful delivery of complex backend projects.
  • Strong knowledge of software development best practices, including agile development, continuous integration, and continuous delivery.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
