**Mô Tả Công Việc**:

- Xây dựng, điều chỉnh cải tiến/tối ưu và triển khai các quy trình cho dự án phần mềm và các Phòng ban Back Office.
- Đào tạo, hướng dẫn, tư vấn quy trình làm việc cho dự án, các Phòng ban.
- Kiểm tra tuân thủ và thực thi quy trình của dự án, các Phòng ban.
- Tổ chức hoạt động đánh giá nội bộ toàn Công ty để tái chứng nhận chứng chỉ ISO (9001 và hàng năm.
- Lên kế hoạch để Công ty tham gia lấy các chứng chỉ quốc tế liên quan đến lĩnh vực phát triển phần mềm.
- Địa điểm làm việc: 219 Trung Kính, Cầu Giấy, Hà Nội_

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:

- Có khả năng lên kế hoạch và triển khai áp dụng các quy trình làm việc tại dự án, các Phòng ban
- Có kỹ năng tốt trong giao tiếp, sắp xếp và làm việc nhóm
- Có kiến thức về các tiêu chuẩn ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 27001; ưu tiên biết về CMMI, Agile/Scrum,
- Tỉ mỉ, khả năng tương tác mềm dẻo, dứt khoát và tập trung cao trong công việc.
- Chủ động, sẵn sàng tiếp xúc với các yếu tố mới, còn người và hệ thống mới.
- Tốt nghiệp Đại Học về các lĩnh vực Công nghệ thông tin, Điện tử viễn thông là một lợi thế
- Đọc hiểu tài liệu tiếng Anh tốt, giao tiếp ở mức cơ bản; ưu tiên biết tiếng Nhật.
