Responsibilities:

_ Key responsibilities_

  • Perform handson coding and code review as other peer developers as needed
  • Design, develop, review, implement, maintain and manage continuous integration, build management and deployment scripts, systems, and any code as required;
  • Write unit tests and run through all the test cases for assigned tasks and ensure all cases are tested and passed before release for testing.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum activities: daily standup, demo session, retrospective, estimate and planning, etc
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Line Manager

Qualifications:

General Requirements

  • At least intermediate level of English level
  • Able to selflearn and quickly adapt to new technologies

Technical Requirements:

  • Experience with Ruby on Rails
  • Understanding of practices for high code quality: maintainability, reusability, code review, unit testing, etc.
  • Understanding of design patterns, objectoriented programming, architecture patterns

Nice to have:

  • Experience with HTML/ CSS/ SCSS/ JavaScript/ Bootstrap and one of the following JavaScript frameworks: ReactJS, Angular,...
  • Basic knowledge or experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
  • Ability to perform as a full stack developer.
